Unusually, I couldn’t find a recipe that I’m confident to call alkaline. Because the PRAL index for a recipe depends on calculating from the nutrient values of each ingredient. Now, I will do that when I publish the recipe. Also, I’ll consult similar recipes to see if there is a reasonable amount of fruit that will make the crepe alkalizing. However, never lose sight of the fact that total food intake is most important. So occasional acid-forming pancakes are acceptable in that context.
