I looked for a mimosa photograph to illustrate my wine list. Because mimosa is the most alkaline drink in the USDA wines category. So I chose this one as it reflects the simplicity of adding fruit juice to wine to make it more alkaline.
But you need to be careful with alcohol consumption. Because alcohol might affect your kidneys in ways that render PRAL estimates useless. So please read the notes on the wine category page.
